Guineafowl Guest House is well placed nearby the World Acclaimed Garden Route in the Western Cape Province of Southern Africa. We are couched conveniently in a quiet cul-de-sac at the bottom end of town in the rural little hamlet of Albertinia away from the hustle and bustle of the busy freeway N2 leading to Cape Town in one direction and Mossel Bay, the Gateway and beginning of the Garden Route in the other. Guineafowl is a typical Cape Style working farmhouse refurbished for the comfort and well being of our guests join us for colonial food and a working South African house hold. We are part of a typical farming South African community and reflect this in our food and atmosphere. Hear the mechanical clanking of our resident Guineafowl clattering noisily at the kitchen door for breakfast and hear the raucous crowing of our Cape Francolin calling also for its breakfast alongside the myriad wildlife greeting the morning dawn. Wash off a hard days driving in our spacious, sparkling pool and spend the night in the comfort of one of our suites. Guineafowl is exceedingly well placed nearby the Garden Route and can be used as a stop over point or spend a few days as we are within comfortable travelling distance between all the popular destinations along the route. Guineafowloffers a shuttle service between destinations anywhere in the Western Cape too and from air ports as well as tour guide.
