Set against the breathtaking backdrop of South Africa’s beautiful Mother City, the Fountains Hotel offers world-class conferencing facilities.

No matter how big or small a conference you are planning, our friendly and competent staff members can arrange various rooms and set-ups to comfortably accommodate from between 20 up to 250 delegates in a U-shape, school room or cinema style format. Alternatively, smaller conferences and business meetings can take place in the more intimate setting of the Fountains Apartments, which can be especially set-up as breakaway rooms for conferences if necessary.

An in-house professional Conference Manager will be on hand to advise you, assist you with the logistics of your conference planning and just generally attend to your every need. 

The Fountains Hotel has all the standard equipment that you would require during the conference, including overhead projectors. This equipment will be made available to you during your conference. If you desire other, more specialised equipment, you can request it from your Fountains Hotel Conference Manager. As an additional courtesy to you, we will also happily provide flipcharts with notepads and pens to everyone attending your conference, completely free of charge.

Nothing is worse than having to leave the conference venue at the end of a long day only to then have to find your way back to your hotel. If  the Fountains Hotel becomes your chosen conference venue, the Fountains has ample accommodation for conference goers. The restaurant and bar facilities will enable everyone to unwind and relax after a long day.
