The Center is located on a farm that is fenced and has two guard houses, with security 24 hours and 7 days a week.  Parking is secure and free. The center has a security strong room to store valuables. Laundry and ironing services are available at a cost for guests who stay overnite.

Office complex

The conference center has an office complex with resources for meeting rooms, computing, printing, scanning and faxing.  Offices are for holding a large meeting of about 40 people, small meeting room (serves a board room) of about 20 people and individual meeting rooms for about 3 people. The open plan area allows for use of 10 computers for training. The complex has 3 bath rooms; one of those is for disabled persons. It also has two kitchens to allow for catering in the office.  It has two storerooms, one being a strong room where most of the materials are stored.
