Boekenhoutskloof is a game viewing area located in the Greater Pretoria Region of the Gauteng Province of South Africa. Situated in the foothills of the Bobbejaans Mountains, Boekenhoutskloof is half an hour’s drive north east of Pretoria.

Boekenhoutskloof is malaria-free and known for its tranquility, mountains, indigenous bush and wild animals. Close to Boekenhoutskloof is the Seringveld Conservancy, which is a prime example of bushveld dominated by over 100 tree species that include the Boekenhout that serves as a haven for birds, all 260 species of them.

Seringveld, which is making a substantial effort to protect its unique landscape, falls within the Dinokeng area - part of an initiative by the government to establish a tourist destination close to urban Gauteng.
