The Abrem Conference Venue has its own entrance, reception, break away room and main conference hall. The scenic beauty and central location of the venue makes it the ideal setting for conferences, product lunches and think tanks. Understanding that time is money, Abrem Conference Venue provides an environment that is conducive to productivity and focus, key elements of effective conferences.  A staff member will attend to the needs of the delegates for the day, and will service the coffee station after each break. Refreshments will be served over two tea breaks.

We can accommodate up to 30 delegates in auditorium style, and 24 delegates in U-shape. We also cater for a variety of groups, ranging from formal boardroom meetings to breakaway groups in the garden.

We have half day and full day packages available.

The Conference, Meeting or Training package is a tariff per person, per day, which includes the following:

-       Coffee, Tea and Rusks upon arrival
-       White Board and Markers
-       Flipchart stand, paper and pens
-       Each delegate will be issued a file notebook and pen

The Conference Venue is next to the sparkling blue pool under the palm trees. Enjoy a sundowner in this relaxed atmosphere created by the whispering sounds of the wind blowing through the palm leaves, the clashing sound from the water fall and the music of singing birds around the garden.
