The Royal Elephant Conference Centre provides for a wide variety of functions. This Afro-Moroccan multi-purpose centre can seat up to 450 people banquet style, 600 people cinema style and schoolroom up to 500 delegates. These facilities include the refurbished Bondev House.
All conference rooms are within the hotel facility are air-conditioned and have independent light switches.
Rooms are assigned according to numbers of guests and the nature of the events enquiry. Management reserves the right to re-assign venues, informing the client accordingly.
Function rooms turnaround constraints and related charges will be negotiated with individual client, depending on the nature of the function and the venue being used.

Bondev House
Bondev House is perfect for themed events and has an enormous amount of potential to create a memorable time with us at the Royal Elephant Hotel & Conference Centre. The suite consist of a ballroom, boardroom and private chapel.
Larache Suite
Larache Suite consist of a main Plenary room with an adjacent Breakaway room. Ideal for medium size events with the need of a private breakaway session. Elegantly designed for multi purpose use.
El Jadida Room
With state of the art conferencing equipment this venue will assist executives to conduct video conferencing in a unique Afro Moroccan setting. This venue can be utilized for all business and corporate meetings.
Nador Suite
Stylish sophisticated but intimate facilities for all executive board meetings.
Tangier Boardroom
Stylish sophisticated but intimate facilities for all executive board meetings.
Taza Boardroom
Stylish sophisticated but intimate facilities for all executive board meetings.
Tiznit Private Lounge
Within the heart of the Conference Centre we offer you a private lounge, to be used for informal interviews or as a holding room for VIP guests and speakers. This venue caters for up to 15 guests.
