The Executive Boardroom is situated in the main hotel building. This 35sqm venue offers complete privacy and includes the Private Dining venue for exclusive use. The boardroom accommodates up to 10 delegates and has a functional fireplace with beautiful views of the Fairlawns gardens.

The Cecil J Rhodes is a 48sqm horseshoe boardroom (layout) with French doors leading onto balconies which overlook the lush Balinese Gardens. Cecil J Rhodes can accommodate up to 14 delegates.

Barney Barnato is located adjacent to Cecil J Rhodes and ideal for larger groups for conferences or banquets. This 126sqm light airy venue offers serene views of the gardens and can accommodate up to 80 delegates dependent on set up.

De Beers is our gem. This 150sqm venue is ideal for banqueting and cocktails with elegant finishes, lit with a soft glow provided by chandeliers and enchanting views of the tranquil Balinese garden.
