Full-Day Conference Package
This all inclusive package is designed specifically for business, conferences,
seminars or general meetings, and comprises:
Use of fully carpeted and air-conditioned venue
Furniture configurations – to suit your specific requirements
Conference tables dressed with ice water and mints
Registration facility
Refreshments on arrival, mid-morning, buffet luncheon, and mid-afternoon
tea with biscuits
Standard audio-visual equipment (this includes: flipchart, whiteboard,
OHP and pens)
Half-Day Conference Package
From early-morning until 13h00, or starting with lunch until 17h00, this
package comprises:
Use of fully carpeted and air-conditioned venue
Furniture configuration to suit your specific requirements
Conference table dressed with ice water and mints
Registration facility
Refreshments on arrival, mid-morning or mid-afternoon tea with biscuits
Standard audio-visual equipment (this includes: flipchart, whiteboard,
OHP and pens)
Buffet luncheon on request
The following additional services can be arranged on your behalf:
Non-standard equipment (data projector, electronic whiteboards, T.V. and
VCR etc.)
