Venues vary in shape and size; The Stables which can seat a maximum of 120 delegates in addition to the imposing Owl Hall seats up to 700 delegates. The Ekudeni management team on hand will make sure that your meeting is remembered for all the right reasons.

The seating plan for each venue can be altered to assist the client’s needs, however the number of delegates dictates the final seating arrangements.

Each function or conference room is equipped with the most modern A.V facilities in order to make presentations effective and easy.

Ekudeni offers many different areas within the property for team building event held.

Raft building, Quad biking and a variety of exercises can be accommodated on the rolling lawns in front of the main building.

If you would like your team building more intense, there are a number of areas adjacent to the property that can accommodate your adventure requirements.

Should you need to display large equipment, there is plenty of space available not only show the products but to allow delegates to try them out.

On the first Sunday of every month traditional cuisine is served with live entertainment in one of the venues.

Glenburn Lodge, situated in Muldersdrift, on the banks of the Crocodile and Blaauwbank Rivers in the tranquility of the Zwartkops Mountains and the World Heritage Site, the Cradle of Humankind, this 100 bedroom hotel, wedding, conference venue and spa is a mere 30 minutes from both Pretoria and Johannesburg.

The natural scenic beauty of Glenburn Lodge makes it the perfect setting for conferences, product launches, think-tanks and team-building exercises. The Conference Centre seats up to 600 delegates across eight meeting rooms. All rooms are fully equipped with state of the art conference equipment.

The three star Glenburn Lodge offers a total 100 bedrooms made up of three and two bedroom chalets, standard hotel rooms, garden suites, hotel suites and double rooms overlooking tranquil water features and indigenous bush. All rooms either have river frontage or a view of the Zwartkops Mountains.

The conference centre includes fourteen venues: Glenkyle, Glencove and Glenwillow feature banqueting as well as conference facilities. The largest venue, Glenkyle, can take up to 300 delegates at a time.

The Coachman, the Boardroom, Greenwell’s Glory, Mallard, Marabou, Minnow, Muddler, Pheasants Tail, Royal Clansman and Williams Favourite provide conference facilities for groups between six and 150. Conference venue names were either inspired by Glenburn Lodge’s fly fishing tradition and fly names, or the Scottish names reflecting the beautiful natural surrounds.
