We are a small exclusive 4 star Guest House 3km's outside of Wellington

We can accommodate Conferences as follows:
5 delegates single accommodation
10 delegates sharing accommodation
10 delegates Meeting Room
25 delegates Dining Room - turned into conference centre with meals on verandah/lounge

Conference equipment:
- Flipcharts with paper, pens and prestik
- Overhead Projector
- TV & VCR
- White Screen
- Should any additional equipment be required this may be ordered on your
behalf and charged accordingly

The Dining Room
With views across the garden and swimming pool to the vineyards and mountains, this light and airy room can seat up to 20 delegates in U shape, 25 in Classroom shape and 30 in cinema shape. The Dining Room connects with the Veranda and opens up with steps that lead down to the Garden.

The Veranda
This cool shady space can also be set up with tables and chairs and can seat up to 20 delegates for an al fresco breakfast, lunch and dinner in the summer. Alternatively, the Veranda has a selection of comfy chairs and sofas, which provide the perfect place for your delegates to relax and enjoy the ambience of 5 Mountains Lodge.

The Boardroom
Our small intimate Boardroom seats up to 10 delegates.
