Sundown Ranch Hotel Conference facility consists of 6 conference rooms.  These rooms are named after plants, Azalia -, Begonia-, Cactus-, Dalia-, Eucalyptus- and Garden conference room, the conference rooms are carpeted and all are equipped with air conditioners. 5 of the rooms (on the first floor) are inter - connectable to one another and form one big conference facility – the combined rooms can seat 500 pax cinema and 300 pax schoolroom.

The conference rooms are also used for functions, gala dinners and Matric Farewells.We supply the standard equipment: Data projector, screen, and flipcharts with pens, Extensions, Roving Mikes, Lapel Mikes, DVD sound system, Overhead projectors,
Dance floor, Stage and all pens and Pads.

Our rates are very competitive and are available on request.  Our Packages that we offer, includes the following: Dinner, Bed Breakfast, Tea and Coffee breaks, lunch and bottled water.  The accommodations we offer are single or sharing with en suite bathroom and all our rooms face a luscious swimming pool where we can do an indoor braai for the delegates.

We also offer team building, game drives and drumming, for this we use an outsourced company with reasonable rates. We as Hotel also support a Local Tswana dance group (consisting of school children) led by Mrs Zipphora Rapaladi (HOD at housekeeping).

We are also in the process of developing a wedding venue for the near future, but for now we can do a wedding reception in our conference rooms

Sundown Ranch Hotel can offer the Delegates a perfect tranquil conference venue, where mind and body can be refreshed, not only by the workshops but also by the luscious bush veld and wonderful night noises around us.
