Ingwenya is the perfect place to hold conferences, product launches, team building or banquets, with every experience being truly uplifting and memorable. Feel inspired by the beauty of the surroundings, allow creativity to flow as your body and soul are replenished. Ingwenya Country Escape prides itself in its newly built, state-of-the-art conference centre named 'The Pride of the Cape'. The centre, named after the various wine regions, has been built in a Cape Dutch style. Ingwenya offers flexibility to any conference, doing anything the client desires. We pride ourselves in being able to make each conference unique and that little bit more special with our various conference venues which can accommodate from 10 to 400 delgates or guests. We aim to create an opportunity for our guests to experience something special that they can take away with them. The largest conference room is Stellenbosch and seats 400 schoolroom-style and is able to be subdivided. Its large barn-styled door and high ceiling makes it ideal for product launches of motor vehicles or trucks.The Paarl conference venue consists of two conference rooms, namely Paarl 1, which seats 100 school style, and Paarl 2 which seats 70 school style.The Franschhoek Court has five breakaway rooms that can accommodate from the smallest seating six to the biggest room, seating 20 boardroom-style.Tulbagh Square has seven breakaway rooms that can seat from 10 to 50.The 'Day' conferencing rates include two tea/coffee breaks, light lunch, standard conferencing equipment and conference room. The 'Work and Stay' conferencing rates include accommodation, continental breakfast, 2 tea/coffee breaks, light lunch, standard conferencing equipment and conference room. Dinner is charge separately.
