The popularity of the conference centre can be attributed in part to the airy, natural light which the various venue's enjoy.

The La Scala venue has French doors which open onto the terrace garden; the Executive Boardroom, in the main hotel building, accomodates up to 10 delegates and has a functional fireplace and an adjacent sitting room which opens onto the gardens.The gallery is the newest addition to the conferencing facilities, this meeting room is perfect for business meetings or private dining for up to 14 guests.

The Cecil J Rhodes  is a 16 seater horseshoe boardroom (layout) with French doors leading onto balconies which overlook the Balinese Gardens adjacent to the boardroom are the larger function venues -  the de Beers and Barney Barnato rooms are located across the gardens in the conference centre and are ideal for larger groups for conferences or banquets. 
 
A recent addition to our Conference facilities is a larger secured parking area for guests’ convenience, as well as the installation of a 500 Watt generator to ensure non-interruption of power during those important business meetings.
