Built in the colonial syles of the Eastern Cape's past, Earl Earl is one of the oldest houses in Mthatha, Earl Earl is now a home away from home for some of South Africa's best known residents. Earl Earl guest house was established in 2003. Earl Earl is a 3 Star, 100% black female owned operated and managed. Located in Mthatha in the Eastern Cape province, this stylish guest house built in old Cape Dutch intrigues with an exotic unclutterd elegance of luxurius living. Overlooking the golf course offers the guest a tranquil and relaxed ambience. Earl Earl guest house is a destination suitable for business and leisure. On offer in the surround is Qunu(the birth place of our famous Nelson Mandela) which is 30km away, the Nelson Mandela Museum and the Nduli NAture Reserve which are both 5km. We are 15km away from the airport. The area is quite scenic and has a number of offerings that are within reach.

Our standard rooms have nothing standard about them. They are stylishly decorated with fine linen and all amenities. We have 16 rooms in total, of which six have air conditioners and jacuzzi. Our Presidential Suite has lived up to its name a favourite of out President Thabo Mbeki.
